WTF Moment of the Week 8/27/2010

A school in Mississippi has segregated student government positions such that only white students may be class president.  Blacks can only hold certain lower positions, and there is no mention of any other ethnicity.  See here. WHAT? Is this 2010?  Why do student government positions have to be segregated by race?  Bassackwards!
