Karen Handel has resigned as Georgia’s Secretary of State. But, she’s still running for governor. We’ll see how that works out for her.

I think this is a good development. I do not know if she will win as Governor, but in stepping down as Secretary of State, this opens the door for someone to serve all of Georgia in that important role.
