Amused Musings On A Slightly Absurd World

Today, the Atlanta Journal Constitution is reporting that we metro residents are being grossly overtaxed for our homes which values have tanked. Friday, three more banks failed and Georgia continues to be the number one state for bank failures. Last week, the Georgia speaker of the house finally resigned, but not before his dirty politricks were publicly exposed and the governor promised to pay him through the end of the year–while state employees have been taking furlough days every month, mind you. All I have to say is that we need to hold our politicians more accountable. Amen.
